Our story began with twin sisters, Jess and Steph, who share a lifelong love for ice cream and a vision to create something truly special. Jess, the creative force behind our delectable vegan ice cream, infuses her expertise in yoga and holistic well-being into every flavour. With a keen eye for wholesome, plant-based ingredients, she masterfully blends delightful flavours that delight the taste buds, balancing fitness against a never tired sweet tooth.

Steph, our fearless spin instructor, adds her boundless energy and zest for life to the mix. Her passion for crafting extraordinary vegan treats shines through in the imaginative ice cream flavours she concocts, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of plant-based desserts.

Jess and Steph, the heart and soul of our business, have always been inseparable. Growing up, they explored the wonders of the culinary world together, always making home cooked meals or desserts, experimenting with flavours, textures, and recipes. Their adventurous spirit led them to embrace a plant-based lifestyle (both vegan for 10 yrs+) they soon realized that traditional ice cream lacked suitable alternatives that satisfied both the taste buds and their compassionate values.

Driven by their love for animals and the environment, the twins embarked on an exciting journey of research and experimentation. Countless late-night tastings and continuous improvement sessions eventually led them to create a range of vegan ice cream that not only rivals traditional dairy-based counterparts but surpasses them in flavour, creaminess, and innovation.

Alongside Jess and Steph stands Alex, our financial guru. He has embraced a vegan life style for over a year now, with a background in finance and a shared passion for sustainability, Alex brings invaluable expertise to the team. Beyond crunching numbers and ensuring the business's fiscal health, Alex plays a pivotal role in sourcing ethically and locally-sourced ingredients, and assists with technical and other behind the scenes issues, but most importantly quality controls (taste tests 😊).
